A systemic approach to creating a happier and more productive work place
Happiness is a little bit of a buzz work when it comes to the work place. But what does it really mean to be happy at work and what is the ultimate impact on productivity and profitability.
“Happiness” in all is myriad of guises can have a positive impact on sales, employee rendition, employer branding and stock price. Forbes Top 100 Places to work saw a 14% increase in their share price agains 6% for those companies not on the list.
So, we want to explore how we can find genuine happiness in the work place. We’ll take a systemic approach – looking beyond the easy answers of compensation and benefits but looker deeper in the the culture, the challenges and the opportunities that exist for you, your team and your business.
